On-site visit

- Nothing — or tell the supplier I’m coming, if you prefer.

- One full day at the factory, working through the checklist and recording everything with photos.

- On the agreed date

Report draft
- You
- Read the report and note your questions.
- Me
- I send you the English report draft.
- When
- Within 24 hours of the audit

Debrief call
- You
- Bring your questions.
- Me
- A 30-minute call to explain the findings and answer them.
- When
- Within 3 business days of the report
If follow-up or re-inspection is needed, it’s quoted separately.
